TKPH Calc checks whether a haul truck's tyres can take the heat of your haul. Enter the truck, the haul and the site temperature, pick the tyre, and the app computes TKPH per axle, applies the tyre maker's published correction and shows the margin and which axle governs. It works fully offline, from the first launch, on remote mine sites. No account, no server, nothing uploaded.

The tyre maker's own method
Each result names the method used (Michelin-style, Bridgestone-style or Generic) and shows every step: basic TKPH per axle, the haul-length and temperature corrections, the revised rating and the margin. Warnings tell you when a haul is outside the method's valid range.

Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi, BelAZ, BEML and Terex rigid haulers with empty weight, payload and axle split, each with its source. Or enter your own truck.
What-if and compare
Find the maximum cycles, payload or speed a tyre can take on this haul. Compare two tyres on the same haul side by side.
Sites, studies and reports
Save sites and studies, reopen them later, and share a one-page PDF or a CSV of all studies with your team or customer.
GPS cycle logger
Ride along for a shift and log loaded and empty legs to get measured round-trip distance and cycle time instead of estimates. Positions stay on the phone.

Privacy
